Answer: I am your HABITS.
We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit. – Aristotle
For the 3rd year running, the 29 Day Chill Challenge was born out the idea for those keen Chillers who are committed to their personal growth. For some its the desire to develop a new skill or create a healthy change in life by doing something different. Or maybe, it’s simply to have some space to breathe, connect with who you are, so you can make better choices.
Why? Because when you’re so busy being busy, it’s easy to lose track of who you are and what is more important to you. Temptations, distractions and obligations are everywhere, so finding the path towards a genuine life requires more than luck. What if you just stopped… Invested in a more positive direction of your life?
What would you do differently to create a better tomorrow?
Mark Victor Hansen said: “what you believe you achieve. You become what you affirm: Positively affirm your greatness, genius and fullest potential.”
However, accepting change is not a popular idea and we typically oppose or resist it. People are reluctant to step out of their comfort zones because we get attached to old habits and our lifestyles. This makes it difficult to achieve our goals.
As much as we want to flourish and succeed, sometimes we will fall off that path. That’s okay. This is where the 29 Day Chill Challenge will bring you back to basics and remind you….
And here’s the rub on success! Everyone has a different definition of success. The 29 Day Challenge, however, is to guide you towards realising and achieving your own version of success.
Deep down most of us crave to go back to basics of our foundation to gain control, clarity and purpose so we can make small changes that will assist us in reaching our potential.
We don’t need to make massive changes to achieve success in all areas of our life.
The 29 Day Challenge is about taking small consistent commitment to the blocks in our foundation, each with their own huge ripple effect, that can make the biggest impact.
This journey should you accept the 29 Day Challenge is to also remind you not to be a passenger in life. Isn’t it time you jumped into the driver’s seat and live each day differently and connected to the best version of you, so you can engage and enjoy success.
Come along for the ride! Saddle up. You will not be alone. We’ll be each other’s cheerleading team and tribe to support each other through the process.
PS: The Miracle Morning Book which is currently working it’s way round Chill NSW [each state team received a copy] is a great starting point to kick off your preparation. Week 1 will be framed around creating new habits and a personal strategy to make the most of your mornings.
Who are you without your job, partner, career, home, car, hobbies, kids, and family? What is at your core.
Are you game enough to find out?
